As Director of Communications, Christel brings over 15 years of writing and publishing experience to Neels & Company. Most recently, Christel was Director of Customer Service and Quality Management for a Boston-based travel company. In addition to shaping the company's voice through client correspondence and the corporate call center, she relied on intercultural communication skills to maintain successful relationships with colleagues in 43 offices worldwide. Christel helped develop Neels & Company's curriculum in the areas of Business Etiquette 101 and Total Image Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University, and is pursuing an MBA from Northeastern University.
